AMBASSADORS

Each Inspire Cameroon service area is coordinated by an Ambassador.  In consultation with the Founder and President, an Ambassador is responsible for the crafting of a yearly service work plan in line with the strategic approach. To do this necessitates the ability to:

• see the big (outcomes-oriented) picture in the face of limited resources
• be readily armed with a set of service solution options, each with a clear and actionable relationship with the strategic approach, and
• proactively grow leaders through purposed task delegation whilst maintaining full ownership of the development impact methodology.

As such, an Inspire Cameroon Ambassador is necessarily a subject matter expert.
